Lion Logistics coordinates product-sample shipping for food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, personal-care, healthcare, wellness and other temperature-sensitive products. From our Bensenville facility near Chicago O'Hare, we support one-time urgent shipments and recurring multi-recipient sample programs throughout the United States, with international service also available.

Depending on the shipment requirements and agreed scope, Lion can coordinate pickup, temperature-monitored storage, insulated packaging, gel packs or dry ice, pick and pack, kitting, labeling, parcel tender, courier service, air freight, refrigerated or frozen truck service, tracking and exception escalation. One team manages the handoffs so brands do not have to assemble separate pickup, warehouse, packout and transportation vendors.

Programs may include refrigerated, frozen, chilled or ambient samples; quality-assurance and R&D samples; sales and customer samples; multi-SKU kits; and time-critical replacement shipments. The packaging and transportation plan is selected for the product, required condition, route, delivery timing, weather exposure and carrier requirements.
